Heemskerk Fijnmechanica B.V. has the potential for precision welding work (no construction).
The following welding techniques are available in house:
- TIG (141, 142 GTAW, including orbital welding)
- Electrode (111 SMAW)
- MIG/MAG welding (131/135 GMAW)
- Other welding techniques can be discussed
The following materials can be welded:
- high-alloy steel
- low-alloy steel
- nickel alloys
- stainless steel types like Duplex and Inconell
The quality of the welding process is ensured:
- The welders are certified in accordance with EN 287-1, ISO 9606-1
- The welding method qualifications (LMK’s) are approved in accordance with the EN ISO 15614-1 standards, under supervision of the Lloyds Register
Internal quality control is performed by:
- welding coordination (IWC-B)
- welding inspection (VT-w-2)
